I usually have bad period cramps that bad paracetamol and hot water bottles dont cure them!

I had some Durex Heat Lubricant that I got free when I purchased a Rabbit from Ann Summers months back and it creates a warming sensation that immediately warms up and I have never looked back since. You only need a teeny bit but it works wonders

I guess it works like those heat patches you can get, heat does help with the cramps, hot water bottle always makes me feel better in the winter months.
